Preorders & Backorders

Preorders & Backorders FAQ

1. What is a preorder/backorder?

A preorder (or backorder) is when you place an order for a product before it is in stock. This allows you to secure the item now and receive it as soon as it becomes available.

2. Why do you offer preorders/backorders?

We use preorders/backorders to better match supply with demand. This helps us ensure that we order the right amount of product based on customer interest, which improves availability for everyone.

3. Can I cancel my preorder/backorder?

Yes! You can cancel your preorder or backorder at any time before it ships and receive a full refund. There’s no risk in reserving your item early.

4. When will my preorder/backorder ship?

Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page. We’ll also send updates if the shipping schedule changes. While we do our best to stick to these dates, occasionally delays can occur due to shipping.

5. How will I be charged for my preorder/backorder?

You’ll be charged at the time you place the order. Rest assured, if you cancel before the item ships, you’ll receive a full refund.

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing a preorder/backorder?

Yes! Contact us before your item ships, and we’ll update your shipping address.

7. What happens if the product sells out before my preorder/backorder ships?

We only accept orders for the amount of confirmed stock we have from our suppliers, so you can be confident your item is reserved. In the rare event of unforeseen issues (such as stock being damaged in transit), we’ll fulfil orders in the order they were received and contact affected customers right away and offer a full refund

8. What if I purchase both in-stock and preorder/backorder items in the same order?

If your order includes both in-stock and ipreorder/backorder items, your order will be shipped together once the preorder/backorder items arrive. If you’d like to receive the in-stock item sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. If your items are part of a multibuy deal and you need the in-stock item earlier, please place your order and then contact us — we’ll be happy to help arrange a suitable solution.
