Shipping Policy
At Little Brodie, we aim to get your Owala to you as quickly and transparently as possible. All items are dispatched from the UK.
1. Order Processing Time
- Speed: All orders are processed and dispatched either the same working day or the next working day.
- Operating Days: We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.
- Traffic Light System: Please check the shipping status icon on the product page for real-time availability.
2. UK Delivery Options & Timescales
We offer two reliable delivery methods for the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man):

*Next Working Day orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Friday. This service is subject to geographic restrictions and is not available for the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
Note: While we strive for these timescales, Little Brodie is not responsible for transit delays caused by shipping providers.
3. European & International Delivery
We currently deliver to most European countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Service: Royal Mail International Tracked or DPD (3 to 5 working days).
VAT & Customs (Customers outside the UK): Little Brodie is a UK-based business and is not VAT registered. Customers outside the UK will be required to pay VAT on the total value of the order (including shipping) plus any applicable carrier administration fees before the parcel is delivered.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
5. Correct Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address provided is complete and 100% accurate. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched, and are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging your items, but we understand that issues can occur in transit.
- Damaged Items: Contact us at support@littlebrodie.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- Lost Parcels: If your package hasn't arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, please notify us so we can investigate with the carrier.
7. Bundled Shipping (Pre-orders)
If your order includes any items currently on pre-order or backorder (marked with an 🟠 icon), we will hold your entire order and ship all items together once the final item becomes available. This helps us keep shipping costs low and reduces our carbon footprint.
