At Little Brodie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for all UK orders, giving you ample time to ensure your new gear is perfect for you.
1. Return Eligibility & Hygiene Standards
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. If the item has been used or filled with liquid, we will not accept the return and will send it back to you.
- Packaging & Labels: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and packaging stickers fully intact.
- Partial Refunds: If the original retail labels and/or stickers have been removed ,we will offer a partial refund determined by us.
2. Cancellations
Need to change your mind quickly? You can cancel your order yourself via our self-serve link within 1 hour of placing it. If you wish to cancel after the 1-hour window has passed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a standard return.
3. How to Start a Return & Postage Fees
To initiate a return, you can use either of the following methods:
- Online Portal: Sign in to your Little Brodie account and follow the self-serve return request process.
- Email: Contact us at support@littlebrodie.com with your order number.
- Return Labels & Fees: Once approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label or QR code. A return postage fee of £2.50 will be deducted from your final refund amount (waived at our discretion). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damages & Issues (48-Hour Window)
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@littlebrodie.com. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As noted above, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted and refunded, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
We process returns promptly. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund has been approved.
Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banking Delays: Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Follow-up: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@littlebrodie.com.
