Returns & Refunds Policy

At Little Brodie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to ensure your new gear is perfect for you.
1. Return Eligibility & Hygiene Standards
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.
- Hygiene Note: Due to the nature of our products (drinkware), we cannot accept returns for any item that has been used, filled with liquid, or had its internal protective packaging removed.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you can use either of the following methods:
- Online Portal: Sign in to your Little Brodie account and follow the return request process.
- Email: Contact us at support@littlebrodie.com with your order number.
- Approval: If accepted, we will email a pre-paid shipping label or QR code. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages & Issues (48-Hour Window)
Please inspect your order immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
4. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
5. Exchanges
We don't do exchanges. The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We process returns promptly. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved.
Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banking Delays: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Follow-up: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@littlebrodie.com.
