30-Day Window: You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused Owala bottle or accessory in its original packaging for a full refund.

Resaleable Condition: To receive a full refund, all original labels and stickers must be intact. If they have been removed, we can only offer a partial refund. Used items cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.

Return Postage: We will provide a return label or QR code. A return postage fee of £3.00 will be deducted from your refund (waived at our discretion). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
